Service Description

This weekend SMASH Camp focuses on a mix of improving athletic abilities through both exercises/drills and various games Each day, athletes will be working and improve on running technique, strength, cardio, hand eye coordination, reaction time, acceleration, change of direction, agility, lateral movement, explosive power, top end speed and other areas related to making them a better athlete *Example Breakdown: 0:00-0:15 - Warmup, Mobility & Activation 0:15-0:55 - Training (Exercises/Drills) 0:55-1:05: Lunch/Snack Break 1:05-2:00 - Games/Competitions *The amount of Training vs Games/Competition varies depending on the age group and day (ex. younger group = more games, older group = more training. Monday = more intense, Friday = more fun) Times: U9-U11: 9:00AM-11:00AM U12-U14: 11:00AM-1:00PM U15+: 1:00PM-3:00PM Location: Cloverdale What to bring: -Lots of Water -Sunscreen -Snack/Meal for Break -Cleats (Runners are fine but bring both if you have them) -A friend!
