Service Description

This week long SMASH Camp focuses on improving an athletes strength and conditioning levels More equipment such as medicine balls, dumbbells, resistance bands, boxes, weighted sleds, etc will be used during each day of camp This is a great camp for players before tryout season and will ensure your athlete is primed and ready to impress coaches and evaluators. *Example Breakdown: 0:00-0:15 - Warmup, Mobility & Activation 0:15-0:45 - Training 0:45-1:00 - Competition 1:00-1:10 - Snack/Lunch Break 1:10-1:45 - Training 1:45-2:00 - Game *The amount of Training vs Games/Competition varies depending on the age group and day (ex. younger group = more games, older group = more training. Monday = more intense, Friday = more fun) Times: U9-U11: 9:00AM-11:00AM U12-U14: 11:00AM-1:00PM U15+: 1:00PM-3:00PM Location: Hillcrest Park What to bring: -Lots of Water -Sunscreen -Snack/Meal for Break -Cleats (Runners are fine but bring both if you have them) -A friend!
