Service Description

In our middle age group, we focus on teaching our athletes about the fundamentals and techniques of training. We still want the athletes to have fun, but we turn up the intensity during the sessions. We introduce more advanced equipment and exercises that help build the blueprint to athletic success. Length: 1 hour Breakdown: 0:00-0:10 - Dynamic Warmup, Mobility, Activation 0:10-0:45 - Training (Speed, Agility, Quickness, Speed, Strength, Cardio, Core, Reaction, Techniques) 0:45-1:00 - Finisher (Usually a game or competition) Equipment: Bands, Medicine Balls, Dumbbells, Plyometric Boxes, Cones, Parachutes, Sleds, Swiss Balls, Blaze Pods, Ladders, Hurdles, Overspeed Harness, and much more!
