Service Description

In our oldest age group, we turn the intensity to full throttle! We are implementing advanced exercises and pushing athletes to new limits Our mission to create a well rounded athlete that has all the athletic tools and abilities to dominate their sport These sessions will be hard, but we guarantee the work these athletes put in will pay off in their sport Length: 1 hour Breakdown: 0:00-0:10 - Dynamic Warmup, Mobility, Activation 0:10-0:50 - Training (Speed, Agility, Quickness, Speed, Strength, Cardio, Core, Reaction, Techniques) 0:50-1:00 - Finisher (Usually a game or competition) Equipment: Bands, Medicine Balls, Dumbbells, Plyometric Boxes, Cones, Parachutes, Sleds, Swiss Balls, Blaze Pods, Ladders, Hurdles, Overspeed Harness, and much more! Times/Dates/Location: Mon: 12-1 PM @ Hillcrest Park Tues: 12-1 PM @ McLeod Athletic Park Wed: 12-1 PM @ Hillcrest Park Thurs: 12-1 PM @ McLeod Athletic Park Fri: 12-1 PM @ Hillcrest Park
