Service Description

In our youngest age group, our focus is to get our athletes moving around and getting active. Our goal is to install good habits and build a foundation for future, advanced exercises These sessions are all about making fitness FUN so that athletes will be inspired to want to continue down a lifestyle of health and fitness Although our main goal is for these sessions to be fun, we still focus on building and improving areas such as running technique, co-ordination, balance, speed and strength Length: 1 hour Breakdown: 0:00-0:10 - Dynamic Warmup, Mobility, Activation 0:10-0:40 - Training (Speed, Agility, Quickness, Speed, Strength, Cardio, Core, Reaction, Techniques) 0:40-1:00 - Finisher (Usually a game or competition) Equipment: Bands, Medicine Balls, Dumbbells, Plyometric Boxes, Cones, Parachutes, Sleds, Swiss Balls, Blaze Pods, Ladders, Hurdles, Overspeed Harness, and much more! Times/Dates/Location: Mon: 10-11 AM @ Hillcrest Park Tues: 10-11 AM @ McLeod Athletic Park Wed: 10-11 AM @ Hillcrest Park Thurs: 10-11 AM @ McLeod Athletic Park Fri: 10-11 AM @ Hillcrest Park
