Service Description

In our youngest age group, we focus on making fitness FUN! We show the the building blocks and fundamentals of fitness. With jumping, running, different body movements, we want our young athletes to start feeling comfortable moving around and trying new things! Length: 1 hour Breakdown: 0:00-0:10 - Dynamic Warmup, Mobility, Activation 0:10-0:45 - Training (Speed, Agility, Quickness, Speed, Strength, Cardio, Core, Reaction, Techniques) 0:45-1:00 - Finisher (Usually a game or competition) Equipment: Bands, Medicine Balls, Dumbbells, Plyometric Boxes, Cones, Parachutes, Sleds, Swiss Balls, Blaze Pods, Ladders, Hurdles, Overspeed Harness, and much more! Times/Dates/Location: Mon: 10-11 AM @ Hillcrest Park Tues: 10-11 AM @ McLeod Athletic Park Wed: 10-11 AM @ Hillcrest Park Thurs: 10-11 AM @ McLeod Athletic Park Fri: 10-11 AM @ Hillcrest Park
