1 on 1 Training
Small group and personal training ensures an athlete get the most of each session. Our coaches consist of current professional athletes and over 10 years of coaching experience.
With larger group sizes, time spent individually on each athlete can be limited. Personal group training and small group sizes counters that issue and ensures each athlete receives increased instruction time per session
Each session can be tailored to specifically cater to your needs in two ways:
1. Skill Training (Hockey)
2. Fitness Training (Sport Specific, Running Technique, Overall Athleticism, Etc)
Length: 40min-1 hour
