2024 SPRING BREAK camps
If your son or daughter want to get faster and stronger, these camps are for them!
In our jam-packed 2 hour Camps they will learn:
– how to get faster and speed mechanics
– age specific full body strength training and how this translates to power in their sport
– we add challenges to simulate game like situations
– healthy snack breaks and teach the importance of how food, hydration, and sleep power us
– fitness testing: we have daily measurements to score each athlete (plus we love to Smash our Goals)
– mobility, balance, hand eye coordination, agility, core, conditioning, and more.

SMASH Dryland certified coaches come from multiple sports backgrounds, believe in positive reinforcement, and by recognizing each athletes uniqueness we build confidence, teach teamwork, and leadership skills

This week, SMASH has partnered with NHTC (National Hockey Training Center) to bring a first of its kind week of fitness, training and fun!
